Canadian born and American raised, international creative director Tracy Inniss is known to be a world-class craftsperson and creator.
She began her career in the hair industry in the USA at the age of 16 and has gone forward from there. After gaining her qualifications in 1990, she began working in the USA and Caribbean, gaining a wealth of experience in all aspects of the hair and beauty industry.
Tracy finally settled in Barbados in 1994 with hopes of changing the local hair industry – in 1998 she achieved that goal by setting trends with her first hair and nail salon. “We set the pace and others follow, through constant training and maintained high standards.
